It's tomato canning time

Today we picked tomatoes, green beans, eggplant, cucumbers, zucchini and banana peppers.
The tomatoes numbered in the 20-30 range and we picked enough green beans for at least two meals but there's plenty more for later in the week.We also canned our first tomatoes of the season putting up 5 quarts of whole tomatoes.
The pictures below show the before and after of how many tomatoes it required to make the 5 quarts. Also what we picked today is not in the picture. That will easily replace what was on the counter. I was hoping for a red harvest and so far it's been very good.
